Every restoration starts by stripping the bike completely down to the bare frame. All linkage pivots, bearings, bottom brackets, and headset cups are removed. The old, chipped finish is carefully stripped away to reveal a clean, smooth surface ready for primer.

Phase 2: Custom Paint & Precision Decal Work

Working on a clean canvas, custom painter Jaz applied a brilliant cream white base coat to Alan's frame. To contrast the crisp white, sharp navy blue Specialized logos were laid on the headtube and downtube, paired with detailed graphic patterns running along the top tube for a modern, high-contrast finish.

Phase 3: Reassembly & Mechanical Tuning

Once the custom paint and protective clear coats fully cured, the workshop team at Ecocana Sports began the complete reassembly. New bearings were pressed into the linkage, internal cables were routed cleanly, and the fork, rear shock, cockpit, and brakes were installed and tuned for flawless performance.
