To achieve the perfect balance between lightness, braking performance, and safety, BRAKCO engineered the FRC-20SA with a precision CNC-machined AL7075 spider made from Swiss aluminum, combined with reinforced German-made rivets and washers for exceptional structural strength.
Through extensive simulation and testing, the braking band design optimizes surface area, venting, and hole patterns to improve heat dissipation and maintain consistent braking performance even under extreme conditions. The rotor is capable of handling temperatures up to 400°C, ensuring stable braking and resistance to warping during aggressive riding.
